Dear sir or madam
My name is Melisa and I am the secretary of the college Science Club. I am writing to ask for some information because I am interested in organising a group visit.
I wonder if you could tell me if it is necessary the booking for groups and how much time in advance we need for it. I would also like to know if there is available a picnic space or a snack bar because we will be coming for the whole day.
Our group is quite large so I would like to know if there is any limit of students because we are 70 people. I wonder if there is any discount for a numerous group.
